Remembering A Loved One

Remembering loved ones in our garden is a wonderful way to support VON Sakura House. Donations help us care for patients and their families. All tribute pieces will be placed in the Sakura House Memorial Garden. Placement will depend upon space availability.

Tree of Life

With a gift of $2,500, $5,000 or $7,500, we would be pleased to recognize your gift by engraving the name of a loved one on a “leaf”, the “trunk” or on a “rock” on our new Tree of Life. A tax receipt will be issued for the full amount of your gift.

  • With a gift of $2,500,  the name of a loved one can be engraved on a “leaf” on one of the branches.

  • With a gift of $5,000, the name of a loved one can be engraved on  the “trunk” of the tree.

  • With a gift of $7,500,  the name of a loved one can be engraved on a “rock” at the base of the tree.

Please complete a Tree of Life Donor Form to ensure we have the correct information and email to oxfordgiving@von.ca or If you would like to pay by cheque, please mail a Tree of Life Donor Form alongside your cheque to 550 Ingersoll Avenue, Woodstock ON N4S4Y3. Cheques should be made out to VON Oxford. In the Memo line please indicate “Tree of Life – Sakura House”

Memory Stone

With a gift of $750, you may purchase a stone on which to engrave a message. A tax receipt will be issued for your gift, less the cost of the stone. Please complete a Memory Stone Order Form to allow us to process your request and email to oxfordgiving@von.ca or call us at 226-385-6298 to make your donation over the phone. If you would like to pay by cheque, please mail a Memory Stone Order Form alongside your cheque to 550 Ingersoll Avenue, Woodstock ON N4S4Y3. Cheques should be made out to VON Oxford. In the Memo line please indicate “Memory Stone – Sakura House”

With a gift of $2,000, you may purchase a tree stake on which to engrave a message.  The stake will be placed beside an existing tree.  A tax receipt will be issued for your gift, less the cost of the tree stake.  Placement will depend upon space availability. Please contact us to process your request.
