Ways To Donate

There are many ways you can help support Sakura House.

One-time Gift:

• Give online with your credit card;

• Mail a cheque to VON Oxford at 550 Ingersoll Avenue, Woodstock, ON N4S 4Y3 (put VON Sakura House in the memo line).

Monthly Gift:

• Give online with your credit card;

• Give through your bank account by filling out this VON Canada form (mention VON Sakura House).

Tribute Gift (In memory or In honour):

• Give online with your credit card and click the box for “Tribute Gift”

• Mail a cheque to VON Oxford at 550 Ingersoll Avenue, Woodstock, ON N4S 4Y3 (put VON Sakura House in the memo line) and indicate the person you are honouring

• Learn about different ways to remember your loved one on the Tree of Life, with a memorial stone or memorial tree stake.

Gift in your Will:

Payroll Donation:

• If you are a VON employee, you can easily make donations off your bi-weekly pay cheque. Ask your Manager for the Employee Donation Form or download it from the VON Canada intranet site.

Gifts of Items:

• VON Sakura House accepts certain items that help with the day-to-day operation of the house; you can view the Wish Tree List for ideas; these items can also be purchased locally.

• Donations of cash are also graciously accepted and encouraged, as they give our team the most flexibility in directing donations to areas with the greatest need; for example, $53 a day to cover heat; $84 a week to cover the daily soup; $109 to clean the house for one day.

Unfortunately, VON Sakura House cannot accept donations of art, such as paintings or sculptures or used medical equipment.
