Tim Horton’s SMILE Cookies are back!
VON Oxford Sakura House is excited to announce that the Tim Horton’s Restaurants in Woodstock, Ontario and Ingersoll, Ontario are once again supporting hospice patients and their families at VON Sakura House through their Smile Cookie Campaign from September 13-19, 2021. Proceeds from Smile Cookies purchased at these locations will be split equally between United Way Oxford and VON Sakura House.
During the campaign, freshly baked chocolate chunk cookies will be sold for $1 plus tax with proceeds going to charity. Last year, 86,000 Smile Cookies were sold in this area, providing a $43,000 donation to VON Sakura House and the same donation amount going to United Way Oxford.
“Smile Cookies make us all smile at this time of year. At VON Sakura House, these cookie donations will give comfort, respect, dignity and joy to more than 150 hospice patients and their families this year. It is a simple and wonderful opportunity for everyone to get involved in supporting our local charities. Every Smile Cookie purchase at the Tim Horton’s locations in Woodstock, Ontario and Ingrsoll, Ontario will be donated equally to VON Sakura House and United Way Oxford between Monday, September 13 and Sunday, September 19.
